GymToDate is a dating app for people who see fitness as part of how they live — not just something they do. It connects you with others in your city who share the exercises you enjoy.
Who is this for?
Anyone 18 or older who values fitness as a lifestyle and wants to meet people who feel the same way. You don't need to be a competitive athlete — just someone who cares about staying active.
How does discovery work?
GymToDate shows you people based on two things: your city and your favorite exercises. People who share both appear first. There's no swiping — you browse profiles at your own pace and reach out when someone genuinely interests you.
Is GymToDate invite-only?
Yes. You need an invitation from an existing member to sign up. This keeps the community intentional and helps it grow through real connections rather than mass signups.
How do messages work?
You can start a conversation from someone's profile. First messages are limited to a few per day to encourage thoughtful outreach. Once a conversation is open, replies are unlimited.
Why do I need to complete my profile?
A complete profile — your name, city, gender, a photo, and at least one exercise — is required before you can discover people or start conversations. This ensures everyone in the community is showing up genuinely.
What does pausing my profile do?
Pausing temporarily hides you from discovery. You won't appear in anyone's matches, and you won't see new profiles. Your existing conversations stay available, and you can resume anytime from your Account settings.
How is my privacy handled?
Your profile is only visible to other signed-in members. Photos are stored securely and served through private links. You can block anyone at any time, which immediately hides the conversation and removes you from each other's discovery.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can delete your account from the Account page at any time. Once deleted, you'll lose access and your profile will be removed from discovery.
Is GymToDate free?
Yes. GymToDate is completely free to use.
Why don't I see many people yet?
GymToDate is still early and growing city by city. If you don't see many profiles in your area, inviting friends is the best way to build the community around you. Quality over quantity is the point.
